PURPOSE:To provide a titled nozzle having excellent mass-productivity without causing nozzle clogging by providing an induction heating body near the nozzle part and preventing the temp. drop of the molten metal in the nozzle part. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle in a method for producing directly a fine wire via said nozzle from a molten metal is made into the construction consisting of forming a nozzle body 1 and an ejecting plate 6 having nozzles 4 into a split type, installing an induction heating body 7 in the lower part of the plate 6 and supporting said plate 6 and the body 7 to the body 1 by means of a screwed supporter 8. The body 7 in proximity to the nozzle part is subjected to high frequency induction heating by a work coil 3 so that the temp. drop of a molten metal 2 is prevented and that the production of the fine wire is made possible without causing nozzle clogging. A ceramics is effective for the material of the body 1 and the plate 6 and a conductor having heat resistance such as graphite, molybdenum, etc. is suitable for the material of the body 7. |
