PURPOSE:To stick and fix debris by bringing them into contact with hot melt, by discharging hot melt through an opening into the inside of a hollow body to deposit it thereon and conducting welding just before the opening of a hollow- shaped product is closed. CONSTITUTION:In a welding stage for closing a hollow-shaped metallic material which is partly opened, a nozzle 4 for discharging tacky hot melt is inserted through an opening 2E into the hollow body and an appropriate amount of the tacky hot melt HM is discharged and deposited on the appropriate position of the hollow body just before the opening 2E is closed. After the nozzle 4 is drawn out, the openings 2E and 2E1 are welded together to close them. Weld scraps S formed within the hollow product during welding are brought into contact with the hot melt HM by moving the product from the outside to stick and fix them thereon. In this way, process debris formed within closed hollow products such as wheels can be stuck and fixed. |
