PURPOSE:To improve the service to a caller by allowing an operator to intervene all calls to a special incoming subscriber, and controlling the incoming to the special incoming subscriber by the operation of the operator to identify idle/ busy state of the special incoming subscriber. CONSTITUTION:When a caller A makes dialling calling a special incoming service subscriber B, its caller information is stored in a storage block CCB for call control in a storage device MM by a processor CPR via an incoming trunk ICT, and connected to the operator board OP via an outgoing trunk OGT. After the operator talks with the caller A, the operator discriminates by a conversion table that the caller A is to be allowed for incoming to the subscriber B, and operates an operating button HKB, then a processor detects it and informs the idle/busy state of the subscriber B through a dial tone DT and a busy tone BT or through lamp display provided on the operation board to the operator. |
