PURPOSE:To decrease the output level fluctuation and the number of components by connecting resonance circuits having different resonance frequencies respectively in cascade by making a control voltage of a varactor diode different. CONSTITUTION:Since the varactor diodes D1-D3 each have different resistance values of resistors R1-R3, they are set to different capacitances from each other and the resonance circuits F1-F3 take respectively different frequencies f1-f3. Thus, the overall frequency characteristic is made flat in a frequency band of nearly F1-f3 and the output fluctuation due to the defference in the input frequency is less. Further, the phase variable width with respect to the frequency is larger by the share of increase in the resonance circuit number and the linearity of the phase change is improved. Further, the frequency versus amplitude and the frequency versus phase characteristic curves are shifted by changing a control voltage Vc. |
