PURPOSE:To decrease the message reproducing time by displaying the number of times of incoming for detected ringing and the number of times of recording discriminated voice recording. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 9 decides a ringing signal by allowing an input section 9b to input directly the ringing signal from a telephone line interface 7 before the acquisition of a telephone line and when a signal is the ringing signal, the microcomputer 9 acquires the telephone line and allows a storage section 9a to store the number of times of incoming. When the mode enters the recording of message after the transmission of response message, a voice signal is inputted from a voice input circuit 8 to the input section 9b to supervise whether or not a signal from the telephone line is a voice signal. If no voice signal exists for a prescribed time or over after the start of recording, the said recording is regarded as ineffective recording, the message recording is rewound, and when the voice signal exists, the said recording is regarded as effective recording, the recording is continued and also the number of times of recording is recorded on the storage section 9a. An output of a display switch 11 is discriminated after the end of message recording, and the number of times of incoming or the number of times of recording of the storage section 9a is displayed on a display tube 10. |
