发明名称 CONTROL POSITION CORRECTING METHOD IN DRIVING SHAFT FOR FUEL INJECTION QUANTITY REGULATING VALVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a control position correctable without using a position detection sensor, by installing a stopper which determines a reference position of a driving shaft for a fuel injection quantity regulating valve, and when this driving shaft is made to contact with the stopper, renewing the driving shaft position stored in a control unit as the reference position in memory. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection quantity controller is attached to a driving shaft 2 connected to a fuel injection quantity regulating valve inside a fuel feeder 1 of a Diesel engine. This controller is provided with a pulse motor 3 and makes a pinion 5 attached to an output shaft 4 of the pulse motor 3 engage a rank being formed in the driving shaft 2. In addition, in the front of a shifting direction of the driving shaft 2, there is provided with a stopper 6 which sets a reference position of the driving shaft 2. In order to correct a control position, in a proper time, for example, at every fixed time the pulse motor 3 is set in motion, and the driving shaft 2 is made to contact with the stopper 6, while stored details in a memory part of the control unit are cleared and thereby a reference position is made so as to be renewed in memory.
