PURPOSE:To improve work performance by injecting clad material to the inner and outer peripheral sides of annular core material respectively from a main injection nozzle and auxiliary injection nozzles, and heating the core material with the clad material stuck thereto so as to harden the clad material. CONSTITUTION:A main injection nozzle 17 is fittingly inserted into the center part of an annular discharge part 21 connected to a core extruding device so as to dispose the main injection nozzle 17 and the discharge passage 21 concentrically, and auxiliary injection nozzles 18, 19 are disposed at a core moving passage 12. Core material 26 injected into the core extruding device is extruded from the discharge passage 21, and clad material 27 is injected toward the inner peripheral side of the extruded annular core material 26 from the main injection nozzle 17 and toward the outer peripheral side from the auxiliary injection nozzles 18, 19. The clad material 27 is heated afterwards. Continuous and easy manufacture can be thereby performed to improve productivity. |
