<p>PURPOSE:To display underwater circumstances with a horizontal image and a sectional image in an optional direction of this horizontal image by displaying the output signal of the first reading means on one half part of a display face and displaying the output signal of the second reading means on the other half part. CONSTITUTION:A vertical sectional image in the bearing of a marker 10 which is determined by a bearing signal thetar1 trasmitted from a bearing setter 44 is displayed on the right half part of the display face. The certain bearing signal thetar1 from the bearing setter 44 and a reading tilt angle signal Tr1 and a reading length signal Rr1, which are changed on the basis of counted values of a vertical counter 36 and an underwater counter 40, from a coordinate converter 38 are sent to a storage device 25. A stored signal is read out from a storage element in the address, which is determined by signals thetar1, Tr1, and Rr1, of the storage device 25 and is supplied to a CRT 34 and is displayed with colors. The horizontal image where the signal coming from the direction of a tilt angle marker 14 determined by a tilt angle signal Tr2 sent from a tilt setter 33 is obtained on the left half part of the display face.</p> |
