PURPOSE:To prevent mis-reception of input data by performing multipoint sampling. CONSTITUTION:An up-down counter 1 is prepared and input data is sampled at plural sampling points while being cleared at each bit in the serial input data. The up-count or down-count is performed in response to the result of sampling, its most significant digit is outputted and the state of the most significant digit is stored in a flip-flop 3 at each clearing of the up-down counter 1, then the decision by majority decision is attained in response to the state of the input data. |
