PURPOSE:To obtain a moisture analysis meter incorporating a standard gas generating device where the analysis accuracy is improved, by constituting a humidity measuring part and a permeation-type standard gas generating part into one body and providing additionally a temperature control means which can control temperatures of these parts simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Since a humidity measuring part 2 provided with a sample gas introducing path 21 and a humidity measuring cell 22 incorporating a humidity sensor and a permeation-type standard gas generating part 3 consisting of a coil- shaped permeation tube 31 and a cylindrical water tank 32 are constituted into one body spatially efficiently, the device structure is small-sized and is advantageous, and the responsiveness is excellent because pipings between the humidity measuring part 2 and the standard gas generating part 3 are reduced efficiently, and the analysis accuracy is improved. Further, these parts are controlled to the same temperature condition by a heater 4 provided on the outside circumference, and therefore, it is difficult that the device is affected by the variation of temperature of ambient circumstances, and the thermal stability is excellent. |
