PURPOSE:To make stable governing control attainable, by determining a proper driving step number according to a state of on-off operation in a throttle valve in a way of using a numerical table showing the driving step number of a throttle valve operating step motor corresponding to a deviation to the setting value of an engine speed. CONSTITUTION:A detection value on an engine speed to be detected by a speed sensor 5 consisting of a pulse detector is counted by a counter 16 and inputted into a microcomputer 6, while a speed setting value signal being outputted from a heat pump system 17 is converted into analoque/digital conversion by an A/D converter 18, and then inputted into the microcomputer 6. The microcomputer 6 detects a deviation between the detection value and the setting value of the engine speed at a central processing unit 11 and reads out a driving step number commensurate to this deviation from a numerical table stored in a read-only memory 12. And, control output corresponding to the driving step number is fed to a step motor 4 via a power transistor array 19 whereby opening of a throttle valve 3 is regulated by the driving force, and speed control for an engine takes place. |
