PURPOSE:To attain the matching of waiting time guarantee to an optional time length by transmitting a time guarantee indication character code, a reference timer code and a time guarantee code in correspondence to a control code in transmitting the control code. CONSTITUTION:When a communication access means 1 transmits control codes CR, LF, the time guarantee indication character code *, the reference timer codes a, b and the time guarantee codes alpha, beta are transmitted to a communication controller 2 in correspondence to the control codes CR, LF. In decoding the time guarantee indication code * in the communication controller 2, the reference time lengths a, b and the guarantee times alpha, beta are set in correspondence to the control codes CR, LF and a telegraphic message 22 is transferred to a printer 3. |
