PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour for adjustment and the cost of parts by joining at least two magnetic material yokes into one body. CONSTITUTION:Yokes and a base are formed into one body by the sintering formation method using magnetic materials or the like to obtain a yoke base 10. Two magnetic gaps are formed with two permanent magnets 7a and 7b and one yoke base 10, and a current is flowed to a focus driving coil 8 and a tracking driving coil 9 stuck to a holding member 2 to drive an object lens 1 in the focus direction and the tracking direction. Since two yokes are joined into one body in this manner, the position adjustment of yokes are unnecessary to reduce the man-hour, and the number of parts is reduced.
