PURPOSE:To obtain a hardened resin compsn. superior in both of water and solvent resistances, and film characteristics, and especially suitable for a printing plate material, such as screen printing plate, by using a resin composed essentially of the partially saponified polyvinyl acetate to which a stilbazolium salt is added. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin compsn. contains (A) an aq. soln. of the photosensitive polyvinyl acetate of 70-90% saponification degree to which a stilbazolium salt is added, represented by the general formula shown here, (B) an ionomer resin obtained by cross-linking a copolymer of alpha-olefin and alpha,beta- unsatd. carboxylic acid with metallic ions, (C) a photopolymerizable unsatd. compd. having an ethylenically unsatd. group, (D) a photopolymn. initiator, (E) and when needed, additives such as emulsion stabilizer, thermopolymn. inhibitor, colorant, and antifoamer. A substrate is coated with said compsn. and exposed, and then, the exposed parts are removed by spraying water, or doing the like to form a relief image or an image film. It can be used for a printing plate, and a resist film, etc. |
