MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF IGNITION COIL CASE AND CORE ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE:To form a coil case and at the same time fix a core and simplify a manufacturing process by providing a core holding part to a top force and a bottom force for forming an ignition coil case. CONSTITUTION:A top force 9 for forming a coil case has a downward protruded part 10. A recessed part 20 and a core positioning recessed part 21 are provided to the protruded part 10. A recessed part 12 of a bottom force 11 for forming the coil case forms a coil case forming cavity 2c with the protruded part 10 of the top force 9. Guide holes 13 are provided to the recessed part 12. Positioning receptacles 14 are provided to the bottoms of the guide holes 13. A core holding tube 16 is provided between the holes 13 and the receptacles 14 in such a manner that the tube 16 can move vertically. The tube 16 is ascended to hold a core 6. The core is put into the recessed part 21. The tube 16 is desended and the cavity 2c and a core holding part forming cavity 4c are formed. A resin is poured into two cavities 2c, 4c to form the coil case.
