PURPOSE:To enable the certain inspection of leaked light, by providing a cylindrical lens, a mask material and a protective member while performing vapor deposition along the highest part of the cylindrical lens. CONSTITUTION:Lens auxiliary plates 10 are respectively attached to a cylindrical lens 9 left and right and compression springs 11 for lightly pressing the cylindrical lens 9 to a printed circuit board 1 are respectively attached to the upper parts of the lens auxiliary plates 10. A mask material 12 for blocking the incidence of illumination light from the upper end land part 3 of a through- hole 2 is vapor deposited to the part contacted with the printed circuit board 1 under the cylindrical lens 9. By this constitution, leaked light can be certainly detected. |
