<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the change of characteristics caused by residual deformation and to obtain high coil constant and good electric insulation by forming a resin coating on magnetic pole parts and a winding part and by attaching coil frame spool heads on the periphery of an iron core between the winding part and magnetic pole parts. CONSTITUTION:A resin coating B is formed over the whole periphery of an iron core 21. Thickness of the coating B is made to be least required for the residual action and insulation between coil windings and the iron core 21, and it is determined according to the conditions such as the kind of material, means for coating and the specification of a relay. Then a coil frame spool head 22 is attached in the middle of the magnetic pole parts D by plastic formation of synthetic resin material. In another way, an annular coil frame spool head 22 is formed by plastic formation in advance and the coil frame spool head 22 is forced to be put around the resin coating B and is fixed to be attached with passing the iron core 21 through a hollow part of the annular coil frame spool head 22 from the magnetic pole part D. Then the part of the resin coating B between two coil frame spool heads 22 and 22 is made to be the winding part E and the coil wire is wound. Also, the resin coating B of the magnetic pole part D is made to be the residual portion F.</p> |
