PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchanger having closely adhered fins and a tube at low equipment cost and manufacturing cost by inserting fixing tools into supporting holes pierced at specified angle and position of fins and expanding a tube that penetrates the holes of the tube. CONSTITUTION:After arranging units of specified number of fins 5a, 5b, a tube 6 is inserted into holes 7 of these fins 5a, 5b. Then, a supporting rod 9 is inserted successively into supporting holes 8a, 8b. At this time, angle of fins 5a, 5b is determined necessarily according to angle of holes 8a, 8b, and the position is fixed. Under this condition, the tube 6 is expanded by a mandrel or hydraulic pressure, and after bringing the fins 5a, 5b and the tube 6 into close contact, the rod 9 is pulled out. |
