PURPOSE:To prevent a drop of a connection efficiency by providing a display part on a multi-function telephone set, and connecting an incoming call of other extension telephone set and the multi-function telephone set by operating a key, in an automatic private branch exchange device. CONSTITUTION:A central control device CPU always sends a state of other extension, that is to say, dead, busy and incoming state informations to a control device KLC CONT. This device KLC CONT receives this information, flashes on and off a lamp of a multi-function telephone set KTEL corresponding to an extension, through a key lamp controlling circuit KTC, and informs it to an operator of the multi-function telephone set. As a result, in case when the operator executes a proxy response to an incoming call to other extension, he confirms that the extension is in an incoming state, by other extension state display lamp of his own telephone set, and pushes a key corresponding to its extension, by which this information is sent to the device KLC CONT through the circuit KTC, and transferred to the CPU. This CPU can connect the multi- function telephone set and a call, if the extension corresponding to the pushed key is in an incoming state. |
