PURPOSE:To improve reliability and reduce the cost by forming an end-ring with one solid blank by one pressing process. CONSTITUTION:A blank 1 is held in a die 2 and pressed by a punch 4 with the pressure of about 400t. A circumference side part of the blank 1 around the part supported by a supporting part 3 is descended and the circumference of the bottom surface of the blank 1 is pressed against the bottom surface of the die 2 to form slots as blink holes. Then the punch 4 is lifted and an intermediate press-molded product is taken out of the die 2 and its two end surfaces and inside hole are turned by a lathe process. |
