发明名称 ASYNCHRONIZATION SENSING MECHANISM IN ELECTRICAL SYNCHRONIZED FEEDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To have electrical synchronized feeding in very simple construction with high reliability as well as sure sensing, by constituting so that the phase difference between two sensing shafts is sensed through slip of a pawl. CONSTITUTION:In an asynchronization sensing mechanism for two synchronously fed elevating screws of a member such as cross rail used in a machining center, gate type boring machine, etc., a pair of sensing shafts 8, 10 rotate in the same direction while the elevating screws are in synchronous rotation driven by a servo motor. If any failure has caused asynchronization of these elevating screws, a phase difference is generated between the shafts 8, 10, and slip of a clutch pawl 119 will move a rod 121 to actuate a limit switch LSI, and then a signal is sent to the control device so as to stop the machine through emission of alarm. This assures a highly reliable synchronous operation in very simple construction and with sure sensing.
