PURPOSE:To enhance a surge voltage absorbing capacity by connecting a plurality of diodes for stopping the reverse current to a surge voltage absorber and maintaining the voltage across capacitors substantially constant in series. CONSTITUTION:The voltage across the terminals of capacitors 24a, 24b of a surge voltage absorber is maintained substantially constant, two or more diodes for stopping a reverse current to the surge voltage absorber are provided, and two diodes 23a, 23c and 23b, 23d are connected in series between a line for connecting directly between the emitter of a transistor 21a and the collector of a transistor 21b, and the capacitors 24a, 24b for absorbing the surge voltage. Thus, a bank layer voltage is raised to eliminate the diodes of series connection to become ON when the regeneration time or to flow only a small amount of current even if becomes ON. |
