The rotary roll piston (10) pump comprises a cylindrical housing (1) chamber contg. a coaxial drive shaft (2). A transverse bore (3) contains a pin (4), of which the outer ends engage diametrically opposed bores (5,6) in an outwardly spring-loaded eccentric ring (7). This ring carries the hollow cylindrical piston via a ball bearing (9), whilst the piston is in rolling contact with the inner housing wall and defines a crescent-section space. This space is divided into an inlet chamber (15) and an outlet chamber (16) by an inwardly spring-loaded partition (11), arranged in the housing and in contact with the outer piston surface.
