PURPOSE:To execute a pulse modulation type frequency modulation by a simple circuit configuration by providing a lithium tantalate vibrator and a voltage variable capacity diode, and executing a frequency modulation by applying a digital signal to this diode. CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal of a TTL level is inputted from an input terminal IN, and impressed to a variable capacity diode VD through a gate IG. A load capacity of a lithium tantalate vibrator X is varied by varying a capacity of the variable capacity diode VD in accordance with a variation of a level of said input signal, by which an oscillation frequency is varied. By a relation of this modulation voltage IN and a frequency shift of an output, a frequency modulation can be executed by using a digital signal of two levels of ''0''V and 5V as an input voltage. |
