PURPOSE:To always reproduce exactly a data signal irrespective of a variation of a bit rate of the data signal by transmitting simultaneously a clock signal and the data signal whose amplitudes are different from each other, and inserting the data signal into each space area of the clock signal. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting device 10 receives a data signal D and a clock signal CLK which forms a pair with said signal in its input terminals 11, 11', respectively. This signal CLK prescribes a bit rate of the data signal D, and for instance, consists of a pulse train of 50% duty, and the signal D has the same bit rate as that of the signal CLK. When the signal CLK has an amplitude A1 and the signal D has an amplitude A2, A1>A2. Also, the signal D is inserted into each space area of the signal CLK. In this way, a receiving device can extract easily the signal CLK by fetching selectively only a signal of the amplitude A1. |
