The damping disc has a central hub with an integral inner flange, and an outer flange. The outer flange has a mechanism for the damping of torque oscillations, and is displaceable by the inner flange in a direction parallel to the central line of the disc. Journals (23) extending towards the central line (02-02) are fastened on the inner flange (22), and are displaceably accommodated in apertures (24a) of the outer flange (24). The journals have an integral flange (23a), and are pushed in toe apertures up to the flange and clamped.
