摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a kind of ink which is suitable for ink jet recording and writing pens by such an arrangement wherein from dye solution for which chromatography has been carried out, only such a portion of the solution of which dye density is over a specified value is selectively extracted and the extract is refined by hypochlorization. CONSTITUTION:While dye solution supplied into a chromatocolumn 441 descends inside the column 441, all ingredients in the aqueous solution are separated. An inorganic salt density detector 442 and a dye density detector 443 detect the density of inorganic salt and that of dye in the effluent solution respectively, and if the density of dye is more than a specified value C2 (effective dye density) and that of inorganic salt is less than a specified value C3 (allowable density of inorganic salt), the effluent solution is guided into a storing tank. If the density of inorganic salt exceeds C3 and that of dye falls below C2, the effluent solution is guided into an inorganic salt solution discharging tank. During such a period of time from the density of inorganic salt becomes over C3 until that of dye falls below the value C2, the effluent solution is caused to return to a secondary solution storing tank.
