发明名称 CONSTRUCTION FOR ATTACHING GUN TO WELDING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve welding speed and to permit easy control by attaching freely movably back and forth a welding gun to the top end of a large arm and enabling advance and retreat in the stage of welding simply by moving back and forth the gun. CONSTITUTION:A gun 6 which holds a stud material and welds the same to an object 29 to be welded is attached to the top end of an arm 2 and the gun 6 is made freely movable back and forth in the welding direction. Forward pressurizing before welding and backward space after welding are accomplished by the forward and backward movement of the above-described gun. The arm 2 may stay put in the stage of welding the stud material and the need for moving intricately the arm 2 is eliminated by the above-mentioned construction. The welding speed is thus improved and the control is made easy.
