发明名称 ELECTROLYTIC PROTECTION METHOD OF UNDERGROUND BURIED MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To protect effectively and electrolytically an underground buried material by providing plural drainage points connected to the negative poles of solar batteries on said material, embedding the positive poles of the solar batteries into the ground and connecting the same to anode bodies. CONSTITUTION:Solar batteries 11-14 are installed at a prescribed interval on the ground and a metallic buried material 2 such as a gas pipe embedded underground is connected at points 2a-2d electrically to the negative poles of the batteries 11-14. Electrodes 31-34 embedded underground are connected respectively electrically to the positive poles of the batteries 11-14. The protective current flowing from the electrodes 31-34 to the material 2 with the batteries 11- 14 as a power source is drained from the points 2a-2d. The potential on the material 2 is made to about <=-850mV which is the reference potential to achieve cathodic protection by adjusting the capacity of the batteries 11-14 and the distance between the drainage points 2a-2d.
