PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having high and balanced rigidity, impact resistance and weather resistance, by compounding mica and glass fiber to an AAS resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by compounding (A) a thermoplastic resin obtained by the graft-polymerization of one or more monomers selected from aromatic vinyl compounds, vinyl cyanide compounds and methacrylic acid esters to an alkyl acrylate polymer, with (B) mica having an aspect ratio of >=30 and (C) glass fiber. The weight ratio of (B+C)/A is 3/100- 30/100, preferably 10/100-25/100, and that of B/C is 20/80-80/20. The alkyl acrylate polymer in the component A is the one containing 0.1-10wt% triallyl isocyanurate, etc., and is copolymerized with styrene, acrylonitrile and methacrylate to attain the total amount of 100wt%. |
