PURPOSE:To widen the visual range of a driver, by making a seat cushion in an auxiliary seat rise in time of being unused. CONSTITUTION:A rear part of a lower rail 20a for a seat adjuster 20 is pivotally attached to a base seat 10 on a car floor free of rotation via each of brackets 11 and 21. A spring 27 energizing an upper rail 20b for the seat adjuster 20 frontward and another spring 24 energizing the lower rail 20a in a rotative direction both are installed. An engaging part 22 engaging a lock piece 12 of the base seat 10 is installed in the front part side of the lower rail 20a while a stopper 28 engaging a hook 14a of a lock mechanism on the base seat 10 is installed in the rear side of the lower rail 20a respectively, and then a projecting piece 26 releasing a state of engagedness in the lock piece 12 of the base seat 10 is installed in the rear part side of the upper rail 20b as well. |
