PURPOSE:To distribute load to minimize the consumption amount of fuel in a whole plant by using the newest fuel consumption characteristics of gas turbines constructing a plant or units including gas turbines. CONSTITUTION:A plant load demand 100 and a unit fuel consumption characteristic 102 are inputted to an optimum load distribution device 101, which obtains the optimum load for each unit as a plant and outputs a distribution rate. This output is multiplied by a unit load demand 103 obtained in consideration of plant load operation condictions, limitations, and the like in an integrator 101 for outputting a value of the optimum unit load command. This command value is switched over to a unit load command value 104 at the time of single operation conducted through a load upper limit limitter 111 by a switcher. The unit load command value is reduced by a unit projection output 105 in a reducer 113, and inputted into a gas turbine load control device 106 via a PI computing element 114 for finally obtaining an opening degree command of a gas turbine fuel control valve (unillustrated). |
