PURPOSE:To approximate a ratio of the distribution density of an ultrasonic beam in the center part of a sector to that in the peripheral part to 1 to average the distribution density, by allowing a small bevel gear, which has a half number of teeth of an internal bevel gear, to mate with the internal bevel gear and using the locus, which a point fixed to the small bevel gear describes in accordance with revolutions around the internal bevel gear and on its axis, for the operation of an oscillator shaking lever. CONSTITUTION:A shaking mechanism is provided with a crank 12 fixed to a driving motor 11, a small bevel gear 13 attached freely rotatably to the crank 12, an internal bevel gear 14 which has 2-fold teeth of the small bevel gear 13 and is fixed to a housing or the like, and a shaking lever 15 which has the base end connected freely rotatably to a hole 132 of an arm 131 and has the tip supported axially to an oscillator 16. The tip of the shaking lever 15 is supported axially by bearings 161 and 162 of the oscillator 16 and can be shaked. The oscillator 16 is supported axially to a fixed part of the housing or the like by a bearing 163. |
