PURPOSE:To enable a valve to be high efficiently mass-produced, by completing assembly work of the main unit of the valve simultaneously with the molding of a coating member in a metal mold. CONSTITUTION:The main unit essential part of a valve is built by preliminary assembly under the condition such that a recessed groove 11 in an inside body 4 molded by a synthetic resin material and a protrusion 12 in the side of a body cap 5 made similarly by synthetic resin are closely fitted. Next, this main unit essential part is inserted to a predetermined position in the cavity of a metal mold for molding a frame 13 and injection molded with a suitable resin material. In this way, the frame 13 of predetermined shape is integrally formed on a peripheral surface of the main unit essential part 10 by a molding pressure and a resin characteristic. In such way, assembly work of the main unit of the valve is also finished simultaneously with the completion of molding the frame 13. |
