The invention relates to a damping disc which has a central hub with an inner flange formed in one piece or integrally on the outer periphery and an outer flange which is equipped with a mechanism for damping torsional vibrations and is held by the inner flange in a manner displaceable in a direction parallel to the centre line of the disc, pegs extending parallel to the centre line being secured on the inner flange and the outer flange having openings which are seated displaceably on the pegs.
