PURPOSE:To achieve automation of presence management by a method wherein each person carries an identification card which transmits ID code when said card is brought into a magnetic field generated by a sensor and the sensor reads out the ID code to confirm the pressure of each person. CONSTITUTION:An identification card 1 which transmits ID code in a noncontact state when the card has been brought into a magnetic field generated by a sensor 2 is provided so that each employee, visitor etc., carries it. Next, the sensor 2 is installed at the entrance of each room to read ID code transmitted by the card 1 of a visitor to send said code to a controller 3a. And a work station 3b responds to the controller 3a and when the station decides that an automatic door 5 should be opened, the station opens said door through the controller 3a. Further a work control terminal 7, a building equipment 9 such as air conditioner, and a private telephone switching device 11 are connected to the station 3b to control attendance and leaving control, automatic start and stop of building equipment, and automatic transfer of telephone. As a result, automatic presence management can be achieved and maintenance of secrecy and guarding can be improved. |
