PURPOSE:To prevent the interference of the hydraulic press and to shorten the working time by reading the working program in advance, judging the interference of the work holder with the hydraulic head and controlling the stroke of the hydraulic head. CONSTITUTION:A controlling device 30 of the subject press is composed of respective controllers of a CNC31 for controlling the work movement, a MMC32 for controlling the treatment operation, a PMC33 for controlling the hydraulic pressure and the turret drive and a DSC36 for controlling the hydraulic cylinder servo. This controlling device 30 reads the all working programs from the host computer in advance, and judges whether the work holder 43 interferes with the hydraulic head 41 or not at the working position of respective steps. When the working is started, the result of judgment is inputted to the servo control coil 45 and the feed back detector 46 set at the spool of the servo valve 44 through respective routes of the controlling signals. Therefore, the press working is advanced by controlling the stroke and speed of the hydraulic cylinder 40 at every steps while avoiding the interference of the holder 43 with the head 41. |
