The invention relates to a coaxial plug unit having a centre contact which is fixed in an insulating part and having a sleeve-shaped outer contact which is arranged concentrically with respect to the centre contact and is electrically conductively connected to an electrically and magnetically conductive housing. As a result of a special design of the insulating part, an isolating capacitor, which is constructed as a disc capacitor, can be integrated into the coaxial plug unit in a space-saving manner and free of load forces which are exerted on the centre contact.
