The device according to the invention contains a board consisting of insulating plastic which has line contact elements (connected to in each case one common conductor track per line) on one side and column contact elements (connected to in each case one common conductor track per column) on the other side; the mobile contact elements are contact pins like a banana plug, which can be inserted into partially metallised perforations in the board and hence connect a line conductor track to a column conductor track. <IMAGE>
