<p>PURPOSE:To enter characters, symbols, etc., simultaneously with the copying of an original by providing the 2nd exposing means consisting of a light emitting diode array between an original image projection position and a developing device. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd exposure system 15 consists of the LED array 16 which is composed of, for example, (64X64) light emitting diodes on a plane and display numbers, characters, symbols, etc., with visible light, and a lens 17. A light emission image of desired numbers, characters, symbols, etc., formed by the LED array 16 is projected on a photosensitive drum 9 through the lens 17 to form an electrostatic latent image of the desired numbers, characters, symbols, etc., on the outer circumferential surface 10 of the photosensitive drum 9; and this image is developed by a developing device 13 together with an electrostatic latent image formed by the 1st exposure system (original image exposure system), and then transferred and fixed to complete the copying operation.</p> |
