PURPOSE:To secure sufficient mooring force and at the same time simplify detachment by engage-stopping a turntable connected to a front end of a mooring body of rigid structure and forming a joint part for both riser pipe and loading hose by means of detachable mooring cables through intermediate buoys. CONSTITUTION:One end of a mooring body 11 of rigid structure and attached to a moored hull is connected to a joint mechanism 12 connecting a loading hose 6 and a riser pipe 8 and concentrically arranged on a turntable 4. Intermedi ate buoys 13's are arranged in the middle of both a mooring cable 2 fastening the turntable 4 to an anchor 3 and the riser pipe 8, and the mooring cable 2 and the riser pipe 8 are detachably connected. Sufficient mooring force can be secured by employing the rigid-structured mooring body 11. And by interpos ing intermediate buoys 13's, their detachment operation can be simplified.
