<p>PURPOSE:To improve color separability and to reduce cost by providing filter layers dyed to desired colors correspondingly to transducers on a passivation film for coating the photodetection surface of a photoelectric conversion part. CONSTITUTION:Metallic electrodes 12, photoelectric conversion layers 13 and light transmittable electrodes 14 which are divided and disposed to plural patterns are successively laminated on a ceramic substrate 11 to constitute many photoelectric transducers and further the passivation film 15 and filter layers 16 consisting of gelatin films are laminated thereon. The filter layers 16 are formed by repeatedly arranging the red, green and blue layers 16a-16c dyed correspondingly to the respective photoelectric transducers. Therefore the passivation film 15 acts as the protective and stain-proof film for the photoelectric conversion part S and since a high temp. stage is not atopted for dyeing, the reliability is improved. The succeeding dyeing is executed after the dyeing of the 1st color and mixing and the reliability and color separability are improved with the simple process for production.</p> |
