PURPOSE:To obtain the titled holder with high dimensional accuracy by using a prescribed support frame and positioning and fixing accurately a plate support member to a regular position. CONSTITUTION:The support frame 80 has the plate-shaped support member 8 at its center, this plate-shaped support member 8 is made integrally with a channel- shaped member having a base part 82 and both leg parts 83, 84 and the frame 80 is formed as long and thin E-shape as a whole. Then the distance W of both the leg parts 83, 84 of the support frame 80 is selected slightly larger than the width (w) of a metallic outer ring 1 and the lower end of the plate-shaped support member 8 is recessed by a size P from the lower end of both the leg parts 83, 84. The size P is equal to the size Q from the upper face of a flange 2 ranging to the lower end of the fitting position of the plate-shaped support member 8. In assembling this support frame 80 as shown in the figure, the plate-shaped support member 8 is located automatically to a correct position. The plate-shaped support member 8 is welded and fixed to a lead wire 7 and the connected part 81 is cut off at a position shown in an alternate long and short dash line 13. |
