<p>The casing (11) forms a chamber (13) containing the spiral bimetallic thermometric element (27) and the rotary system (29, 30) used to indicate the temperature through the window (15) which hermetically seals the chamber. The said casing is preferably made of plastic. The thermometric element (27) is placed flat on the inner surface of the bottom (14) of the casing (11). A fastening system, consisting of a part (20 - 23) rigidly attached to the cover (12) and of radial fingers (24 - 26) rigidly attached to the casing (11), form a bayonet type of system for attaching the casing (11) to the cover (12) and for pressing the bottom (14) of the casing strongly against the cover in order to force it to fit the shape of the cover exactly. In this way, the heat transfer between the cover (12) and the thermometric element (27) takes place under good conditions by conduction through the bottom (14) of the casing (11). <IMAGE></p> |
