<p>PURPOSE:To produce a panel having design freedom, three-dimensional feeling and durability by coating a transparent polyurethane resin paint on the decorative surface on which an optional pattern is printed and solidifying the paint by reaction in a catalyst vapor chamber then working the plate material. CONSTITUTION:An optional pattern is directly printed on the decorative surface of a plate material delivered from a delivery section 1 in a printing section 4 and thereafter a transparent polyurethane resin paint is coated thereon in a painting section. The transparent paint is then solidified by reaction in a catalyst vapor chamber 8. The plate material is further subjected to continuous treatment such as embossing, forming. The panel is thus produced at a high speed.</p> |
