PURPOSE:To make possible mold release easily without using an auxiliary tool such as an air-nozzle etc. by preparing a molded piece having an arbor with an expanded part projected on one side of an umbrella part by use of a top force, an intermediate force and a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:A rubber molded piece 14 wherein the arbor part 12 is projected on one surface of the umbrella part 10 and the arbor part 12 is provided with an expanded part 13 is molded. In this case, by use of the top force 10 with a segment 15 for shaping the top surface of the umbrella, the intermediate force 16 with a collar 17 for shaping the lower surface of the umbrella and the bottom force 21 with a concave part 22 for molding the arbor part, first of all, the intermediate force 16 is connected with the bottom force 21, the molding material mounted on the central hole 18 part of the intermediate force 16 is heated and pressurized by the top force 10 and forced in the umbrella shaping segment 15 and the arbor shaping part 22 to raise the top force 10 and the intermediate force 16. In this way, holding the lower surface of the umbrella part 11, the umbrella shaping collar 17 draws the arbor part 12 out of the arbor shaping part 22 of the bottom force 21, then, the intermediate force 16 is drawn outward from between the top force 10 and the bottom force 21 and turned inside out to drop the molded piece 14. |
