PURPOSE:To permit temporary stoppage of a fixed side mold and a movable side mold at an exact interval by an inexpensive device using a system in which a sprue bush is provided projectively by a given length from the parting face in the fixed side mold, and the movable side mold is allowed to stop when touched by the projected sprue bush. CONSTITUTION:A sprue bush 11 is provided in a reciprocally movable manner in a fixed side mold 10. When molding is started, the bush 11 is pressed by a plasticizing device 1 to project its tip by a given length S from the parting face 12. When a movable side mold 14 is pressed toward the mold 10 by a weaker force than the pressing force of the device 1, the mold 14 is stopped when touched by the tip of the bush 11 and a given interval S is kept between both the molds 10 and 14. The inside of the molds 10 and 14 is evacuated to a vacuum as needed, and then the mold 14 is pressed and locked by a greater force than the pressing foce of the device 1, and then injection molding is made. |
