PURPOSE:To input automatically a telephone number to a receiver after the retrieval of telephone number by coupling the receiver and a telephone number managing device provided with an input means comprising keys inputting names or the like, storage means storing inputted telephone number and name, display means displaying telephone number, name or the like, control means executing registration, cancellation and retrieval, and a transmission means transmitting the telephone number to the receiver. CONSTITUTION:The input means 3 of an operating section of the telephone number managing device 1 consists of a Katakana (Japanese syllabary) key 3a, numeric key 3b, additional key 3c, cancellation key 3d, retrieval key 3c, and a transmission key 3f. A CPU6 controlling the addition, cancellation and retrieval or the like of a telephone number by the storage means RAM5 is a heart of this electric circuit. A name is inputted by the Katakana key 3a by using the retrieval key 3e. Further, the addition and cancellation of the telephone number are attained similarly by using the addition key 3c and the cancellation key 3d. In operating the transmission key 3f and operating again the transmission key after hooking off a handset, the telephone number displayed on a screen is transmitted automatically to the receiver 2 via a transmission means 17 and a coupling line 18 with the receiver 2. |
