A gas burner especially for cooking at low temperatures of essentially 50 to 90 degrees C, of the type comprising mainly a gas nozzle (1) disposed in front of a horizontal venturi (2), a crown-shaped member (8) having combustion openings (6) and pilot openings (7), characterized in that it further comprises a pipe (4) containing on the one hand a horizontal part in which said venturi (2) is slidingly mounted, and on the other hand a vertical part comprising two circuits, an outer circuit (5) communicating with said venturi (2) and supplying said principal (6) and pilot openings (7) with a combustible gas mixture, and an inner circuit (12) communicating with means ensuring a circulation of fresh air with a variable flow rate in a space delimited by said crown-shaped member (8) and a distribution cap (35A, 35B) disposed above said crown-shaped member (8).</p> |
