INFORMATION RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a storage circuit on the reproducing side by mixing video signals with data signals in track unit to record these signals on a sheet of an information recording medium, and reproducing a specific data signal track at first at the reproducing time. CONSTITUTION:A signal read out from a magnetic sheet 14 by a head 15 is removed at its noise through a reproducing amplifier 1 and a limitter 2 and the noise-removed signal is demodulated by an FM demodulating circuit 3 and inputted to a video signal reproduction processing circuit 4 and a data signal processing circuit 6. The data signal reproduced through the data signal processing circuit 6 is decoded at its contents by a data decoding part 7 and the decoded signal is held in a memory circuit 11 and also applied to a microcomputer 10. The microcomputer 10 forms a control signal for controlling the recording/reproducing operation in accordance with the contents of the inputted data signal and controls a servo circuit 8 for rotating a memory circuit 11, a head carrying means and the magnetic sheet 14. The output of the servo circuit 8 is supplied to a magnetic sheet rotating motor 16 to control the motor 16 so as to hold a prescribed rotational frequency.
